Options are not showing on the backend
Possibility 1
Check that the App Block is in the Correct Location
If your option selections aren’t showing on the backend of your orders, the app block may not be placed correctly in your theme.
To work properly, the Infinite Options app block must be added to the product template in your Shopify theme editor. Follow the steps in [this article] to confirm the app is installed in the correct location.
Possibility 2
If customers can click Add to Cart before the customization options appear, the app may be loading too late on the product page.
We recommend adding a short code snippet that helps prioritize the loading of Infinite Options. This ensures the option fields appear quickly when the page loads.

Possibility 3
Some themes use a feature called Quick Shop or Quick View, which lets customers add products to their cart directly from the collection or home page. This bypasses the full product page, so customers won’t see or fill out the option fields.
We recommend disabling this feature in your theme settings to ensure customers complete all required options.
