Will you create my options for my products?
We’re not able to create product options for you as part of this service. However, we’ll make sure Infinite Options is fully installed and styled correctly, and we’ll provide the guidance and resources you need to build your options. If you have questions while setting them up, we’re always happy to help.
I changed my theme — do I have to request the service again?
Yes. The Expert Install Service includes setup and styling for one theme. If you switch to a different theme, you will need to request the service again so we can complete the installation on your new theme.
Does the Expert Install Service include custom development or theme customization?
The Expert Install Service does not include custom theme development, custom coding, or building features outside of what Infinite Options supports. This service focuses on installing the app correctly, improving performance, and styling Infinite Options so it matches your theme.
