Resolving "Cannot Find Variant" Error

If an add-on product isn’t active or included in the Online Store Channel, Shopify won’t add it to the cart and will display the 'cannot find variant' message.
1. Locate the option set that is displaying the add-on product Navigate to the app dashboard and select "Option Sets"
2. Locate the option set with the add-on product and click to examine the bundled product
If clicking the bundled product displays "Sorry, no products match this option set to preview."
The original product has been deleted, and you will need to bundle the option to the updated or available version of the product.
If the bundled product is displayed in the editor, you will want to view the Shopify Product Page
Navigate to your Shopify products and confirm the product has an "active" status and assigned to the Online Store Channel
Once you mark the product as "Active" Save your changes and test the product page to confirm the product and add-on products are successfully added to the cart.
