How to disable Infinite Options

You may want to temporarily turn off Infinite Options without uninstalling the app. This can be useful if you’re testing changes, troubleshooting, or don’t want the custom fields to appear on your storefront for a period of time.

Disable Infinite Options on your theme

1. From your Shopify admin, open the Infinite Options app.

2. In the left sidebar, select Settings. (Screenshot placeholder — sidebar with Settings highlighted)

3. Find the Enable Infinite Options toggle.

4. Switch it off. (Screenshot placeholder — toggle off)

5. Click Save Changes.

After this, your product pages will no longer show any Infinite Options fields to shoppers.

Note: This does not uninstall the app from Shopify or cancel your subscription.

Disable only Native Bundling

If you want to stop bundling behavior (the feature that adds linked products when an option is selected) but keep the rest of the app active:

1. Go to Settings in the Infinite Options app.

2. Find the Native Bundling toggle.

3. Switch it off.

4. Click Save Changes.

Turning off Native Bundling will revert your product bundles to legacy bundling behavior.

What this does

• Turning off Infinite Options will hide all option fields from your storefront. • Your Option Sets and settings will stay saved in the app. • You can toggle the feature back on at any time when you’re ready for shoppers to see the custom fields again.
